Yoga – theme of the week
Marysia, one of our members is a passionate yoga instructor. On Jan 15, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. she will start an introductory Yoga sessions. We can accommodate 8 members per session. The meetings will take place at a private residence of Magda (City of Dundas ON). Please send message to Magda to reserve your spot. It’s a great opportunity to meet other members and learn Yoga. Admission is free of charge, all you need, is to be a member of Wesmile community.
Benefits of Yoga
Yoga’s primary emphasis is upon general well-being. Although yoga has been shown to be beneficial in a variety of conditions, it is not considered a therapy for specific illnesses.
